Ravenswing

Anthriscus sylvestris 'Ravenswing'

an-THRISS-kuss sil-VES-tris Audio

This is the bronze-purple form of the common Queen Anne’s lace. It produces beautiful, highly fringed, lacy foliage in a dusky purple.

CareProvide full sun and average to dry soil. Cut off flower stalks to prolong foliage vigor and reduce possible over self-seeding.

PropagationSow ripe seed in autumn or spring. If you're letting this plant self-seed, choose only the darkest purple plants; plants without the distinctive color will not mature true to the cultivar.

ProblemsSlugs, snails, and caterpillars. Powdery mildew.
