Susan Esche shared these images from her Ozarks garden, full of beautiful, classic plants like roses and lilies grown to perfection.

Lovely Susan!,,,,, I especially LOVE the first photo with the Japanese painted ferns, hydrangea and vinca,,, the texture and colors are just great! Also love your porch,, looks so homey and peaceful., great place to sit with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! -:) Great lilies,, all very nice!
Love seeing asters in bloom. The rainy day pic is great. Would love to sit out there with coffee just watching it come down.
Your photography, Susan, is as lovely as the garden. The hydrangea quercifolia reminds me of a paintbrush which just dropped a bit of purple to create the vinca flower. Absolutely lovely! Thank you for a beautiful eye-opener this morning.
The composition of your first photo is especially exquisite, Susan...the single blue vinca bloom is small but mighty...it just adds so much. The wafting of heavenly fragrance from those 2 stands of lilies must be amazing and thoroughly enveloping.
I love the textures and colors that you have put together.
Wonderful garden, Susan. I'll ditto the comments above since everything I was thinking has been said and then some. What is the pink blooming behind the aromatic asters in the last photo?
Your lawn won’t turn beautiful on its own! You have to do something with respect to the climate. You can do it by your self or you can contact with your local lawn care professionals . http://www.lawncarecolumbia.com are reliable and trustworthy in Columbia.
So lush and healthy! Makes me yearn for summer. The lilies and crape myrtle are a stunning combination.
Lovely photos of your garden! And the first photo... wow. exquisite! A nice combo with the rose and clematis... well, it is all gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing!
I Luv the Red Hat Ladies in the first photo! Do they have a lovely fragrance also? Are they assembled for Tea?
Beautiful pictures - I love the porch one the best - there just seems to be a quietness about it
Great shots of your garden Susan. Your first photo is worthy of hanging in a gallery, it's really perfect. The red rambler rose is amazing and obviously very happy... does it have a fragrance? I'd love to see the view from the street and one of the back. I'm always curious how other gardeners put their vignettes together to make the whole!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
Glorious garden!
Ditto what everyone else said... Gorgeous and stunning, especially the first one.
Good morning, Susan. As everyone has said here that lead in photo is stunning. The composition makes me wonder what other foliage is around it since it looks like a great shade garden. Your porch also looks very inviting.
I echo all that has been said. Lovely plantings and colors. Very pretty. Thanks for sharing.
Your plantings are all so beautiful and lush, Susan!.
Susan, Love your beautiful country garden. That first picture! I should have a view similar to that some day soon! I have Painted ferns in a rock retaining wall and a pinky winky hydrangea in front of the wall and periwinkle about the feet. I jaw dropped when I saw the picture. All your photos are amazing. I want to go sit in one of the porch chairs with a coffee and listen to the rain fall.
Great photos. The red rambler rose is especially intriguing- do you know the variety? That category is one I'm not familiar with- And I too appreciate the rainy photo, since we frequently view our garden through rain!
Susan - the pictures of your garden are lovely. This looks like a garden I would enjoy visiting.
Susan: Your garden is so beautiful and so full of love. I hope you get to sit outside and enjoy it fully most of the year. Thanks for sharing.
Susan, Susan, Susan! What gorgeous pictures you have sent of your wonderful Ozarks gardens! As all have already said, the first shot is calendar worthy, and I'm so glad you are another Oak Leaf Hydrangea fan! Which variety is yours? It is lovely. I think the triangularity of both the hydrangea bloom and the fern is what makes the photo so striking! We live about 45 minutes northwest of Springfield - are you anywhere close? I love your composition both in the garden and with your lens. Thanks for a great group of pictures- please send more!
