The stems of the Black Lace elderberry (Sambucus nigra ‘Eva’, USDA Hardiness Zones 4-7) match the rusty fencing perfectly, and their similar textures meld to perfection. This was designed by Allan Collachicco and Bill Towne for their garden in Byfield, Massachusetts.
