I’ve been “tweeting” on Twitter for quite some time now, and I have to say that it’s one of my best sources of gardening information, inspiration, and all-out entertainment. I love my “tweeps,” and I can’t say enough about how valuable they are to me. Luckily there’s this tradition on twitter called Follow Friday, where on Fridays, of course, we like to give shoutouts to some of our favorite people to follow. This is usually done within the format of twitter, in under 140 characters, but this has become near to impossible for me these days, since I have too many favorites to list. It would take up dozens of tweets, and that’s just bad form, clogging the twitterstream like that! So, here’s my list of favorite gardening tweeters, in blog form. As always, I’m so afraid I’m forgetting someone! If you know I have, comment below – it wasn’t intentional, I assure you!
These tweeters are the real thing. They’ll actually interact, rather than just push their stuff and retweet, with no real persona in sight. Check them out! They’re in alphabetical order, rather than in order of importance.

Hey girl: Twitter is where we had our first contact, and a great link it was. Now I'm at Fine Gardening writing for youz guyz! I've now had the delightful opportunity to meet dozens of the folks I first encountered at Twitter and every single one is a great person and has something to share.
Folks out there: If you haven't put your toe in the Twitter pond you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Maybe next time, I will be on the list. Fingers crossed.
