Pests

Chloe_Moderator | Posted in Northeast Gardening on

I have my usual crowd of Asiatic beetles, though I’ve had worse years. I think being diligent about shaking them off plants and into soapy water at night has paid off. Also, so far, no cucumber beetles! A benefit of planting my cucumbers later than usual – Mid June. Fingers crossed I’ve succeeded in tricking them. On the other hand, three-lined potato beetles nearly took out my ground cherry plants. What are your garden foes this summer?
