I don't have a picture, but I grow cabbage just so I can make Italian cabbage salad. A half a head or so of cabbage sliced, big handful of chopped parsley, a few teaspoons of capers, toss. Whisk two tablespoons each red wine vinegar, water, and olive oil with a clove of minced garlic. Toss everything. Add Italian tuna in olive oil on top. Such a good summer lunch.
That sounds amazing!
If you have zucchini, I love to make zucchini rounds which are incredibly easy and tasty.
