With St. Patricks day in the rear view mirror its time to plant our potatoes in the garden. The traditional day was too cold for me so I am waiting until the 19th, which will be the nicest day of the week. The beds are prepared, and of course we are rotating to a different bed from last year. Fortunately I have 4 others to pick from.
