I was out of town for a few days and boy, the garden went crazy. Here are a couple of pictures of plants that were rockin’ and rollin’ when I came home. What’s blooming and progressing in your garden? 

I believe the very finely leaved Japanese Maple is ‘Veridis’ and next to it, Thalictrum ‘Black Stockings’.  In the second picture, the very funky ‘Aardvark’ Iris germanica. It smells good, too!
