Arilbred iris

Iris germanica

Arilbred iris has a Mohr-type form. Red-brown falls, with yellow beards and greyed, sun-flecked standards. Yellow style arms add to the luster.

CarePrefers nutritious, well-drained soil and full sun. Apply low-nitrogen fertilizer one month prior to bloom and one month post-bloom. Trim foliage in the fall. Information provided by Schreiner’s Iris Gardens.
